If anyone knows something i don't, please correct me, cheers. EDIT: I think i have worked out why. If you want to complete this quest, do NOT learn the riding skill until you get this mail in the post. As a warlock the first thing i did was train it from the vender before i got the mail. From what i have seen from the similar mail you get at level 40 is that it takes about an hour for you to get the post. This is probably blizzards way of checking to see if you know about learning to ride at these levels already.
